A COA — Captain Onboarding Associate — is the person who makes Ryedr real on the ground. You're a local person who walks into auto stands, chai shops, and parking lots in your area, sits with drivers, explains Ryedr in their language, and gets them live. You carry the Ryedr ID card. You are Ryedr in your mohalla.
Get trained by Ryedr
You attend a half-day onboarding session (in Hindi). You learn the app, the pitch, the documents needed, and how to handle driver questions. No prior tech experience required.
Work your assigned zone
Each COA gets an exclusive zone — a set of auto stands, localities, or routes in their city. No other COA works your zone. You own it.
Onboard drivers, earn per activation
You meet drivers, verify their documents (licence, RC, Aadhaar), register them on Ryedr via WhatsApp, and mark them active. You earn a fixed fee for every driver who completes their first ride.
Ongoing support = ongoing income
COAs also earn a small monthly bonus for every active driver in their zone who stays on the platform. The more drivers you keep active, the more you earn — every month.
