To request the permanent deletion of your user data, please send an email to our support team:

Subject: Data Deletion Request - [Your Registered Phone Number]
In the body of the email, please include your full name and the phone number associated with your Ryedr account to help us verify your identity.
Once we receive your request, your data will be permanently deleted from our active servers within 7 to 14 working days.
After your data has been successfully and completely deleted, you will receive a final confirmation message via email or SMS on your registered mobile number.
Upon processing your request, we will delete your profile information, ride history, payment details, and any other personal identifiers associated with your account. Please note that certain transactional data may be retained solely for legal, regulatory, or tax purposes as required by the law.
